In a world that is becoming more dependent on electronic data, we require innovative ways to tackle large volumes of business records, in order to focus our efforts on reviewing the more relevant items to increase efficiency. I will be discussing the use of Brainspace, a technology accelerator that uses analytics and machine learning to assist teams to identify relevant documents, trends and relationships.
Peter Sanford leads Deloitte’s eDiscovery, Computer Forensics and Document Review practice in Western Canada. He has experience working on hundreds of matters involving discovery readiness, preservation, analysis and reporting on electronic evidence, data processing, and hosting of data in web applications. In addition, Peter has extensive experience in the use of structured and conceptual analytics to assist in prioritizing evidence for review.
